Tumbling
Tumbling
Ages 6 year old to 18 - 30 Minute Class
Tumbling is the floor exercise portion of Gymnastics with an emphasis on the quality of the skills. Acrobatics focuses on correct technique as well as using long lines and lean muscles to execute skills. Students work on stunts including, but not limited to somersaults, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and aerials. Students are barefoot for tumbling classes. No recital dance will be performed for this class, they will use skills learned in regular classes and solos.
Dance Attire: Leotard, tights or leggings, fitted athletic top, fitted shorts
Super Stars
Super Stars
30 Minute Class
This class is designed for students who are in a wheelchair or have a disability. In this class, students will learn self-confidence, dedication, teamwork, coordination, individuality, and they will also have the chance to perform at the annual recitals! This class is super fun and gives everyone the chance to enjoy dance!

6 Years Old to 18 - 30 Minute Class
This is a high energy, upbeat class where students will learn basic tumbling and dance skills as well as jumps, leaps, and stunts.
Dance Attire: Leotard, tights or leggings, shorts, black tennis shoes

Hip Hop
Hip Hop
6 years old to Adult - 30 Minute Class
Hip Hop is a specific type of jazz done to "funkier" music with movements and steps that match the quality of the music. The focus of this class is learning the steps of popular street dancing. Classical training is not part of the curriculum. Students may begin Hip Hop at the age of 6.
Dance Attire: Stretchy clothing and Hip Hop shoes (See studio for details)

Solos, Duos, and Trios

6 Years Old to Adult - 30 Minute Class
These classes are designed for students to showcase their progress in dance, or to dance a special routine with friends or family. The students MUST take a technique class in the same area as the solo, duo, or trio. Teacher recommendation only.
